Dakota Ridge — Fine Art

Dakota Ridge by Paul Jenkins shows a raised landform drawn in soft bands of earth and sky colour. The artist built the view through poured paint and careful edge work, a method he used throughout his abstract landscape studies. Wide horizontal strokes hold the ridge form in place.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. The white frame gives the picture a clean edge against the painted ground. That edge keeps the bands of pigment from fading into the surrounding space. A wood frame would pull warmer tones forward, while a black frame would make the pale areas feel tighter.
