Untitled 7 — Fine Art

Untitled 7 by Philip Guston shows blunt painted forms set against a muted ground. Heavy brush strokes push the shapes forward, with some edges built up and others thinning out. The paint sits in thick layers, so the surface carries its own weight.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. The matte paper keeps the greys soft and the painted strokes stay clear.

It fits well on a bedroom wall above a low dresser. From the bed you see the big painted forms, and the thick paint holds its own against the plain ground.
