A Corner of the Garden at Montgeron — Fine Art

A Corner of the Garden at Montgeron by Claude Monet fills the sheet with green leaves and bright flowers. The painted strokes hold more detail up close than from the far end of the hall. Each patch of colour stays separate on the paper.

The fine art frame finishes in white, wood, dark wood or black and gives the picture a clean edge. A black frame holds the green tones without pulling the eye off the painted leaves.

Along the landing wall the picture sits above a narrow bench. From the stair you see the broad leaf shapes first, and the small flower marks appear when you step down onto the hall floor.
