A Lane of Cypresses with a Couple Walking — Fine Art

A Lane of Cypresses with a Couple Walking by Vincent van Gogh follows a path lined with tall dark cypress trees on either side. The couple walks away from you along the lane, their shapes smaller against the trunk and foliage.

The fine art print goes straight onto a nail. The frame finish can follow the room you choose. A light frame sits on a dark wall and a dark frame works on a pale wall, so the cypress greens and the sky colour set the tone instead of the frame.

On a landing wall above the last step, the tall cypress shapes read from the stairwell and the couple stays small at that distance. From the hall you notice the vertical trunks first, then the path leading between them toward the darker ground at the far end.
