Abstraction White — Fine Art

Abstraction White shows soft white areas on a pale ground, with small shifts in tone across the surface. The picture leans toward the color field painting style that Georgia OKeeffe used in her later work. You see broad, quiet passages rather than a clear subject.

The fine art print goes straight onto a nail. The paper is matte, so the light tones stay even and there is no shine under a lamp. A light frame on a dark wall lets the pale surface sit on its own.

It works above a long sofa, hung so the middle of the image meets your eye from the sofa. From the doorway you read the big white areas first, then the small tone shifts when you stand closer. Near a window the soft marks stay gentle in daylight.
