Adriatics A

Adriatics A - 1973 by Brice Marden sets a wide pale field against a darker band running across it. The marks are thin and long, laid down by hand in a way that feels slow and steady.

This is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The matte surface keeps the soft tones even when the room lights hit it, and the frame edges hold the image clear. It arrives ready to hang when you choose that option.

A copy hangs in the dining room, on the wall near the table. From the chair at the far end you notice the long dark band first, then the faint pencil marks across the top. At dinner the shapes stay quiet, and the room feels calm.

As a guide: 40×50 cm suits a desk or small wall, 50×70 cm sits well above a sofa or bed, and 70×100 cm anchors a room as a focal piece. If you'd like advice for your space, send us your dimensions and we'll recommend a size.

For your country, this piece is estimated at 5 to 8 business days from the moment you order, including production, with free tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order by the print partner closest to you; framed pieces take a little longer because each one is framed and checked before dispatch. These are estimates, and there is no express option. Full country-by-country ranges are on our estimated delivery times page, and you can see exactly how your piece is packed.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and keep all packaging. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. See our refund policy for the full process.
