American Landscape — Fine Art

American Landscape - 1930 by Charles Sheeler shows a clean factory set against a quiet sky. Straight lines and cool colours make the building look measured and still. The picture uses a precise style that reads like a photograph turned into paint.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. The frame comes in white, wood, dark wood and black. A white frame gives the edge of this image a clear limit on the wall. A dark wood frame sits against the cool tones and keeps the view steady.

It fits well above a long desk in a study. From the doorway you see the big geometric forms, and closer you notice the smooth painted planes. The room feels calm with that measured view.
