Apparizione Cosmica II 1955

Apparizione Cosmica II 1955 uses a cosmic title to point toward space and motion. The picture shows layered forms and marks that suggest orbits and distance. Enrico Prampolini worked in abstract painting and air painting, and the picture follows that path of shifting planes.

The fine art print sits on a matte sheet so the layered tones stay soft under room light. A light frame on a dark wall lets the shapes stand out without shine.

It fits above a low shelf in a study, where you notice the crossing lines first and the faint background tones later.
