Aviation 3 — Fine Art

Aviation 3 by Sam Gilliam shows soft colour bands that drift across the sheet.

The tones lean toward earth and sky, with thin washes settling into each other. The painting practice uses poured colour that finds its own edges.

A fine art print set in a frame with a back panel keeps the layers separate and gives the surface a quiet matte finish. It works on a bedroom wall near the bed, where morning light fades the edges of the colour bands.
