Balcony

Balcony by MC Escher shows a view looking down from a raised ledge. Thin lines build the rail and the stair steps below. The scene feels built from measured strokes rather than broad colour. MC Escher worked often with careful line work and printed images that repeat patterns.

This fine art print sits in a frame with a back panel. The matte paper holds the fine lines without glare, so the stair lines stay readable under indoor light.

On a hallway wall near the stair turn, the narrow steps lead the eye along the paper. From the landing you see the rail line first, then the lines of the steps below.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
