Band of Greyfriars in the Fog Band Of Dusty Drunks In The Fog

Band of Greyfriars in the Fog Band Of Dusty Drunks In The Fog by Alphonse Allais shows a small group of figures pushed into damp air.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The scene is plain, with heads and shoulders cut by a thin wash and a few pencil lines.

Alphonse Allais often drew people caught in plain weather, and this picture stays close to that habit. The white frame sets a clean border around the soft grey tones and keeps the figures apart from the room.
