Before my Birth by Jean Arp

Before my Birth by Jean Arp holds soft shapes set on a light ground. The eye enters at a rounded form near the middle and rests there. Other simpler shapes drift to the sides, leaving room between them. A quiet mood stays with the empty parts.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. A white frame surrounds the image and gives the picture a clear edge on the wall. The plain frame finish keeps the shapes open and lets the soft tones stay calm.

Against a kitchen wall this print shows the larger forms first, while the smaller marks show from the chair at the table. Morning light on the counter leaves the background smooth and even.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
