Beneath A Silent Sky

Beneath A Silent Sky shows a still horizon under a quiet sky. Eyvind Earle often painted trees and hills as clear shapes with flat colour.

The scene holds a calm feeling through even bands of tone and simple outlines. The picture appears as a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The paper stays matte so the soft bands keep their depth and the outlines stay clear.

A flat surface keeps the colours even across the picture. Above a desk near a window the shapes meet the room at arm length. From that distance the bands read as one steady sky.

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
