Birch in a Forest — Fine Art

Birch in a Forest shows tall trunks moving through a patterned woodland. The artist painted trees with flat bands of gold and green, a look tied to the early twentieth century art movement. The trunks stand close together and the leaves fill the gaps between them.

The fine art print goes straight onto a nail. You see the forest as a layered field rather than a clear view. The white frame gives the picture a clean edge on the wall. That edge keeps the gold marks from fading into the background.

A dark wood frame would pull the warm tones forward instead. It works well on a narrow stair wall. From the bottom step you notice the bright trunks first, then the quiet leaves behind them.
