Black, Brown, White — Fine Art

Black, Brown, White by Ellsworth Kelly splits the sheet into three broad colour areas. The dark band sits next to the brown and then the white, and the change between them feels sharp rather than soft. You read the picture from one side to the other in a single glance.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The print comes ready to hang, with a metal hanger already fixed to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame is needed.

On a plain wall above a long bench, the dark band reads first and the white space at the far end keeps the picture open. From a few steps away you see the blocks, and the brown sits between them without crowding the dark side.
