Blauer Kegelberg 1930

Blauer Kegelberg 1930 shows a blue mountain ridge set against a pale sky. Broad colour areas and quick outline drawing build the hillside.

The fine art print goes straight onto a nail. This painting by Gabriele Munter uses the expressionist painting style common in her work. The paper is matte and the white frame gives the picture a clear edge on the wall.

The white frame sits cleanly against the blue and grey tones. A kitchen wall holds the print above the table, where morning light falls on the ridge line.
