Bleu optimiste - 1951 by Wols shows a field of blue marks laid over a plain ground. Some marks sit close together and some stand apart, leaving open space between them. The heavier blue gathers in one part of the sheet and the lighter part stays open.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. The white frame gives the picture a clean edge on the wall and keeps the blue marks separate from the room around them. The wood frame edge sits close to the colour so the frame reads as part of the image.
