Coral Trails

Coral Trails shows warm colour running in broad strokes over a pale sheet. The title points to a trail of coral tones laid down across the paper.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. Sam Francis often worked with loose colour washes and open space. From across the room the broad strokes read as a single warm field, and up close you notice the uneven edges of each stroke.

A white frame suits the warm tones without pulling attention away from the paint. Hang the print at eye height in a quiet hallway, and from the door the broad warm strokes lead the eye along the wall. Step closer and the paper surface shows through the thin colour.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
