Corn, Dark I — Fine Art

Corn, Dark I by Georgia OKeeffe shows tall stalks leaning across the sheet. The brown tones stack up and the empty space keeps the shapes loose. The eye moves from one row to the next. The marks stay rough and the painting feels direct.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. The print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. You lift it onto the wall and the stalks stay clear without a glass front.

Hang it on a plain wall in a kitchen or hall, a hand span below the ceiling line. From the doorway the rows read as dark bands. Step closer and you see the rough paint edges and the gaps between the stalks.
