Crimson Red and Gold

Red and gold shapes sit on a plain field in Crimson Red and Gold. The picture uses clean lines and hard colour planes to build the scene. Eyvind Earle often worked this way, sorting land and sky into flat parts.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. The surface stays matte, so the reds and golds do not catch a glare under a lamp.

It fits a plain wall above a low table. You stand back and see the colour blocks first, then move closer to notice the sharp outlines.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
