Diamond Dust Shoes — Fine Art

A row of gleaming high heels stands across the page in bright flat tones. The surface holds a slight grain from the screen printing process Andy Warhol used. From the doorway the shoes fill the view, and up close the small dots and thin colour lines show themselves.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. The paper is matte, so the bright tones stay flat and there is no shine under a lamp.

It works well above a long bench in a hallway. You notice the repeated shoe shapes first, then the small dots and thin colour lines closer up. On a light wall the bright tones read clearly from across the hall.
