About this work

Do It Yourself Flowers

Do It Yourself Flowers shows bright flower shapes stacked across the paper. The forms repeat with hard edges and flat fills, built up in layers of colour. This screen print keeps the same process Andy Warhol used for commercial subjects and repeated images.

The fine art print sits inside a frame with a back panel, so the surface stays flat and the colours read the same from most angles.

Above a desk the bright shapes cover the view at a short distance. From the doorway you notice the repeated forms first, then the flat layers closer up.

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.
Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
