East wall of the canyon from Inspiration Point — Fine Art

East wall of the canyon from Inspiration Point shows a steep rock face climbing above a flat land. The picture uses warm brown and grey tones over a pale sky.

Thomas Moran painted the stone with broad strokes and small details in the same way he worked on other western scenes. A fine art print keeps those tones steady and the frame finish sets a clean edge against the rock colours.

White or wood works best because the frame stays quiet next to the brown stone. It fits on the wall beside a desk near a window where the morning light falls on the stone face.
