Flower Machine

Flower Machine - 1964 shows a row of painted colour bands that cross the sheet in one direction. The bands step through hue as they move along the surface. A fine art print keeps the painted edges clean and the colour shifts steady.

The print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. The metal hanger lets the bands line up flat against the wall without a frame getting in the way.

It fits a dining room wall near the table, where the moving bands read as you sit down to eat. Daylight from the side shows the colour steps without glare.
