Fog Passes By

Fog Passes By shows a still view where mist settles over a quiet field. Thin lines sit on top of flat colour shapes, and the grey bands shift slowly toward the edge. Eyvind Earle built this kind of landscape with clean outlines and simple colour blocks.

The object is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel, so the surface stays even and the matte paper keeps the soft tones from shining. You get an assembled piece when the ready to hang option is used.

On a blank wall near a window, the grey bands read as low ground and the outlines hold their shape from a few feet back. The quiet colour stays level with the eye line.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
