Foot Print — Fine Art

Foot Print by Sam Francis shows a footprint shape made with paint on paper. The mark runs across the sheet with soft edges where the paint thins out. Bare paper stays open on parts of the ground. The shape reads as a single pressed foot rather than a full figure.

You get the fine art print with a hanger already on the back. The print arrives ready to hang with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy.

A long corridor wall at eye height works well. From the doorway the footprint shape reads first, then the thin paint edge shows up when you stand closer. The open ground keeps the mark from feeling crowded.
