Fruit — Fine Art

Fruit - 2009 sets a few rounded shapes against a simple ground. Mary Fedden places the fruit with room around each one, so the picture breathes. The eye enters on the largest form and rests where the paint sits thickest.

You get the fine art print with a hanger already on the back. The frame comes in white, wood, dark wood or black. A white frame keeps the fruit shapes clear and leaves the join of picture and edge plain.

Hang it on a kitchen wall near the table. From the breakfast chair you see the full shapes first, then the small painted shifts between them.
