Fruit Bowl, Pitcher and Fruit — Fine Art

A bowl of fruit and a pitcher rest on a table in Fruit Bowl, Pitcher and Fruit. Short strokes of paint build the forms, and the same tone appears in several places across the sheet. Paul Cezanne worked with this kind of broken mark in his still lifes. The picture holds everyday objects close together.

This is a fine art print set in a frame, with a back panel. The frame holds the printed sheet flat, and the back panel keeps the edges covered. When you choose the ready to hang option, the piece arrives assembled on the wall.

On a dining room wall, the bowl and pitcher read as solid forms from the doorway. Near the table, the small strokes and the tones in the fruit become clear. The room feels steady with the still life above the sideboard.
