Garden of the Asylum — Fine Art

In Garden of the Asylum by Vincent van Gogh the path runs toward simple beds under a low trellis. Green leaves press close across the beds and the yellow ground turns pale near the edges.

You read the broad shapes from the doorway and the short strokes appear only when you step near. The fine art print keeps those forms clear on the sheet.

A white frame gives the image a clean edge where the pale ground meets the wall. Set this print on a stair landing where foot traffic passes twice a day. You notice the horizontal beds first, then the narrow lines of leaves close behind.
