About this work

Golden Autumn

Golden Autumn by Hans Hofmann sets warm yellow and orange areas against a divided surface. The colour blocks push and pull across the sheet, a move from his push and pull painting practice. The pieces stay apart yet hold the same field together.

This is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The matte paper keeps the yellow tones soft under a lamp, so the colour blocks read as flat passages of paint rather than shiny colour.

Over a dining table, the orange field stays warm under a pendant light, and the yellow side stays clear from the far end of the room.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.
Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
