Goldenrods - 1975 by Ronnie Landfield shows a field of bright yellow tones laid over darker marked spaces. The paint sits in broad areas with a few quicker strokes breaking the surface.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. Ronnie Landfield worked in this colour field style during the period, laying paint in settled bands and letting some edges stay open. The print uses a matte paper that keeps the yellow tones flat and holds the darker passages without shine.

A white frame gives the image a clean line on the wall, so the yellow field reads as a single plane against the darker marks. In a dining room, the yellow brightens the wall near the table and the darker marks stay quiet at the far end of the room.
