Hidden Pasture — Fine Art

Hidden Pasture shows a quiet field kept back by dark tree forms and a low sky. Eyvind Earle drew this kind of scene with clean outline marks and flat colour bands. The grass shapes stay simple, and the trees rise in clear layers rather than soft blends.

This is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The paper stays matte, so the flat colour shapes do not catch a glare from a lamp. When the ready to hang option is used, the frame arrives assembled.

It fits above a long window seat where you sit near the glass. From that seat the tree shapes read as broad bands, and up close the outline lines stay sharp. The field sits low, so the eye rests on the open middle.
