Hommage à Miguel de Unamuno

Hommage à Miguel de Unamuno - Le Torrent vert - 1965 shows a green rush of marks across the sheet, like water turning in one heavy sweep.

The piece comes as a fine art print on matte paper, so the greens stay soft and the darker band does not shine under a lamp. A light frame on a dark wall lets the green sweep stand out, while a wood frame beside wooden furniture keeps the room calm.

It hangs on the landing wall where one stair meets the hall, lit from the side by a small lamp. From the bottom step you see the green movement first, and the darker line below holds the eye before you climb on.
