Imploding Cosmos by Richard Pousette-Dart — Fine Art

Imploding Cosmos shows a bright burst of marks against a darker ground. Richard Pousette-Dart worked with layered strokes and small shapes that push toward the center. The picture feels active and close to a plain field of mixed tones.

The fine art frame gives the image a clean edge on the wall. A white frame keeps the edges sharp, while a dark frame lets the center marks stand apart. The frame finish changes how the picture reads from a distance.

It fits a quiet study wall, where the small marks show over a desk. From the door you see the bright burst first, then the finer lines as you step closer.
