Intensive Crescent by Richard Pousette-Dart — Fine Art

Intensive Crescent shows a curved band of colour crossing a plain field. The band bends inward at the ends, like a closed ring seen from the side.

Richard Pousette-Dart often worked with light and shape in this way, using colour to hold a form on the surface. The fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw.

No separate frame to buy. You notice the thick curve first, then the plain ground that lets it sit still. It works on a narrow bedroom wall above a low shelf, where the curve reads from the doorway and the plain field keeps the room calm.
