Irises in Monets Garden — Fine Art

Irises in Monets Garden sets purple and blue flowers against garden soil and leaves. The blooms sit near the lower edge, and empty space opens above them. Short painted strokes build each petal and leaf in a loose rhythm.

A fine art frame in white, wood, dark wood or black gives the picture a clear edge on the wall. The frame edge sits against the soft flower shapes and keeps the pale greens from spreading past the composition.

In a bathroom, the cool blues stay readable under a small lamp. On the far wall, the purple blooms hold their shape while the water on the tiles catches the room light.
