L-11

L-11 - 1950 shows a plain sheet with a few thin darker marks. The marks run across the empty area and leave most of the ground open. Bice Lazzari built the image around that kind of quiet balance.

This is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The matte paper keeps the lighter passages soft and hides shine under a lamp. The frame holds the sheet flat and the back panel seals it.

In a hallway, the light catches the open part first, then the small marks show up. You stand by the door and read the shapes one by one as you walk past.
