Landscape of Corsica 1898

Landscape of Corsica 1898 shows a coastal view with open sky and a dark shore line. The brushwork of Henri Matisse fills the sheet with quick marks and a few strong strokes. The paint moves across the paper with clear pressure and speed.

This fine art print sits in a frame with a back panel. The matte surface keeps the sky tones even and the dark shore does not shine under a lamp. It arrives assembled when you use the ready to hang option.

In a narrow kitchen, the long view reaches toward the sink. From there you notice the quick strokes in the water and the open sky above the shore.

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
