Leonid Afremov by Leonid Afremov — Fine Art

Leonid Afremov shows windows lit from within against a dark street. Bright rectangles sit on deep blues and violets. The mix of warm yellow and cool blue keeps the night scene calm.

This fine art piece uses a black frame that gives the picture a steady line on the wall. The dark wood edge stays close to the shadowed ground so the lit windows stand apart.

In a dining room, the warm glow from the windows reads like evening light from the table. You notice the yellow squares first, then the blue behind them.
