Meadow

Meadow - 1981 shows a wide band of green colour set against a soft ochre ground. Ronnie Landfield uses a few painted lines to break the field across the sheet. The work stays in the colour field painting tradition with broad colour and simple marks.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. The print arrives ready to hang with a metal hanger fitted to the back. You can place it straight onto a nail or screw without a separate frame.

It sits well on the kitchen wall above the counter where morning light comes through the glass. From the table you notice the green field and the pale ochre ground, and the painted lines near the lower edge.
