Njupa, Mt. Allan Bush Tucker

Njupa, Mt. Allan Bush Tucker - 1986 shows a desert bush tucker scene painted in the western desert style.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. Painted lines and dots map country on a plain field. The marks move across the sheet in a steady path, built up in layers of paint.

Clifford Possum Tjapaltjarri worked in this way, using earth pigments and acrylic paint to carry a story about country. The image names a place and the food found there.
