Number 30 — Fine Art

Number 30 - 1938 by Ad Reinhardt places a dark painted field against a lighter background. The composition holds steady bands of tone that sit close together. The eye reads the surface as one quiet area with small shifts inside.

This fine art print sits in a frame with a back panel. The print is mounted and the frame covers the edges, so the image reads without a border. With the ready to hang option it arrives assembled.

In a study above a desk the dark band holds attention while the lighter ground stays soft. From the doorway the whole field reads as one shape. The frame keeps the edges clean.
