Orange and Yellow Sunflowers — Fine Art

Orange and Yellow Sunflowers - Naïve Art Primitivism, Pop Art shows blooms painted in bright orange and yellow against a plain background. Walasse Ting often built his pictures with bold colour and simple shapes, and this painting follows that way of working. The petals sit in a loose cluster with a few open centres.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. The matte paper keeps the yellow tones even under a lamp, and the metal hanger lets you put the picture on the wall without a separate frame.

It sits on the dining room wall beside the window, where the afternoon light catches the orange petals. You notice the broad brush strokes first, then the small darker spots in the flower centres.
