Pachinko by Al Held

The word Pachinko sits inside a hard colour field by Al Held. Strong blocks of red, black and white run past each other with sharp edges.

The letters seem cut out of the flat ground rather than written on it. This fine art print keeps those hard edges clear and the surface stays matte so the colour blocks do not shine under a lamp.

A metal hanger is fitted to the back and the piece goes straight onto a nail or screw with no separate frame to buy. It fits above a tall bookshelf where you stand far back and see the big colour shapes, then move closer to notice the letters in the middle of the field.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
