Paysage méditerranéen — Fine Art

Paysage méditerranéen - 1953 lays out a coastal scene in flat painted blocks. The sea and sky sit in cool tones, with warmer strokes near the shore. Brushwork here is broad and direct, each mark placed with a steady hand.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. The frame finishes in white, wood, dark wood or black. A black finish sets the painted edges against a clear border. That finish keeps the scene from fading into the wall.

It hangs in a study beside a desk lamp. You see the broad shapes from the doorway. Up close the painted layers meet the frame line.
