About this work

Pierce From Los Francisco San Angeles Portfolio

Pierce From Los Francisco San Angeles Portfolio takes a place name and turns it into a printed mark. The letters sit on a plain field, a style Edward Ruscha used for signs and words in his work.

The frame is wood, and that edge keeps the letters from running off the sheet. The finish is solid, so the print does not blend into the wall. This is a fine art print made to stay on its own.

On a bedroom wall near the bed, the letters read first from the doorway, and the wood edge shows when you stand by the dresser.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.
Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
