About this work

Port at Dieppe

Sailboats dot the harbor, their masts reaching into a sky brushed with soft hues. Port at Dieppe captures the quiet bustle of a maritime town, where water and land meet in gentle harmony. The scene unfolds with a palette of muted blues and greens, reflecting the calm of the sea and the life it sustains. Loiseaus brushwork lays down the texture of the water, the grain of the wooden boats, and the stone of the buildings with equal care. The composition balances the verticality of the masts against the horizontal expanse of the harbor, creating a sense of depth and space. Light filters through the scene, casting subtle shadows and highlighting the tranquility of the port. This print brings the serene beauty of a coastal town to any room. It fits seamlessly into a study, a living area, or a bedroom, offering a window to a peaceful harbor scene.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes. This is a stretched canvas, not a rolled or loose print: the image is printed on a cotton-polyester canvas (300 to 350 gsm) and wrapped over FSC-certified wood stretcher bars, 4 cm deep. A hanging kit is included in the box, so no frame, glazing or assembly is needed. Hardware supplied can vary slightly by country depending on which of our print partners produces your piece.
The canvas is a cotton-polyester blend, 300 to 350 gsm (350 to 400 microns), printed with archival pigment inks and stretched over responsibly sourced, FSC-certified wood stretcher bars. This edition is the 4 cm Thick profile, which gives the piece real presence on the wall and lets it hang cleanly without a frame. The texture of the weave is part of the finish and is visible up close. To clean it, dust gently with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid water, solvents and direct sunlight for long periods. Every canvas is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and nothing sits in a warehouse.
As a guide: 40×50 cm suits a desk or small wall, 50×70 cm sits well above a sofa or bed, and 70×100 cm anchors a room as a focal piece. If you'd like advice for your space, send us your dimensions and we'll recommend a size.
For your country, this piece is estimated at 4 to 7 business days from the moment you order, including production, with free tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order by the print partner closest to you; framed pieces take a little longer because each one is framed and checked before dispatch. These are estimates, and there is no express option. Full country-by-country ranges are on our estimated delivery times page, and you can see exactly how your piece is packed.
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and keep all packaging. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. See our refund policy for the full process.
