Red Barn and Tree Snow — Fine Art

Red Barn and Tree Snow by Eyvind Earle shows a simple red barn standing beside a bare tree against a snow covered ground. The scene uses flat colour shapes and clear outlines, with the red block of the barn placed hard against the lighter winter field.

The effect stays calm and still, like a mid century illustration layout made in paint. This fine art print sits inside a wooden frame with a back panel.

You see the same flat colour bands and clear outlines on the paper, with no shine under a lamp. The frame adds a clean edge around the scene and the back panel keeps the print flat. It works well on the wall above a kitchen counter where morning light hits the red barn first and the bare tree shape stays clear from the doorway.
