Red, Blue and Grey — Fine Art

Red, Blue and Grey - Post-Painterly Abstraction carries paint laid down with a quick hand. The brush leaves a pressure change from one side of each stroke to the other. Some marks sit flat, others lift a little at the edge.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The frame comes in a white finish. That white edge sits against the red and blue marks and keeps the picture cut cleanly on the wall. The white frame does not push its own colour into the painted bands.

It sits on a kitchen wall near the sink. From the table you see the red paint first, then the grey shapes lower down. The white frame holds the three colours together in one view.
