Ru Ware Project — Fine Art

Ru Ware Project - 2012 shows a pale field with drawn lines and small colour marks. Brice Marden worked in beeswax and pigment. The hand moves across the paper with measured pressure. Each mark stays open and does not fill in.

You get a fine art print on matte paper. The surface stays flat under indoor light, so the graphite line drawing keeps its soft tone. A light frame on a dark wall keeps the marks visible from a distance.

Hang it in a hallway that runs between rooms. From the bottom of the stairs you see the pale ground first, then the small drawn marks. The paper takes the hall light without a shine.
